YOU BELONG HERE. YES, YOU.
Maybe you’re thinking of losing the Hypo pounds and wondering if all this nutrition, sustainable fat-loss, and healthy habits stuff is for you.
Maybe you’re wondering if you should even bother—”Isn’t my metabolism broken, anyways?” Or you think you’ll have to give up all your favorite foods for…ever.
Or maybe you’ve already tried so many things. Perhaps you’ve been on so many different programs that you couldn’t stick to that you’re really starting to believe that the problem isn’t your metabolism, it’s you.
All of these feelings, fears and concerns are exactly why I created Hypothyroid365.
So if any of the above resonated with you, take a deep breath.
You, sister, are exactly who Hypothyroid365 was created for.
my story.
Every great idea starts with a big problem. Mine was simple: hypothyroidism is hard. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at the age of 17. After getting half of my thyroid removed, I was left to figure out how to make nice with my two new lifelong companions: hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.
This transition was so difficult that I spent the first 5 years trying to make them disappear—through constant kicking, screaming, and complaining [I don’t recommend this]
I put on 45 pounds, lost all my energy, and acquired a lifetime supply of $1 ELF brown eyeshadows to cover my bald spots. I was amazed (see: so freaking frustrated) at how hard it was to manage and just feel normal again. What were my options?
It turns out there is a simple explanation as to why many of us have had similar experiences. The diet industry is dominated by everyone focusing on elimination and unattainable perfection, without an emphasis on deeper health and quality of life. “Get rid of these foods!” “Never eat a gram of processed sugar again!” “Hypothyroidism suuuuuuuckssss” (OK, I kinda agree with that last one.)
Don’t let a slow thyroid slow you down.

SCIENCE-BASED EDUCATION
I don’t believe in giving you lists of foods not to eat or strict meal plans to follow. Instead, I teach you the fat-loss fundamentals so you can include what you love without guilt.
QUALITY OF LIFE
If you’re going on vacation to Paris, I don’t want to spend all of our coaching time helping you find the willpower to avoid croissants, cheese, and wine. Instead, I’ll give you a list of my top Paris recommendations and show you how enjoying life will not ruin your progress.
HEALTH
Through our extensive interview process, we don’t enroll anyone in H365 Coaching who only cares about the scale. Thriving with hypothyroidism extends beyond the scale. Eating, moving, and living well extends to every aspect of your well-being that cannot be measured by the scale.
SISTERHOOD
You shouldn’t have to go at this alone. At H365, we support one another. We’re slightly obsessive about celebrating your wins and always go above and beyond for you, ourselves, and each other. We’ve got your back and we love you.
Does the idea of giving up all your favorite foods forever skeeve you out? Join the club.
